Payment methods and currency

aloyogakm accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover through its configured third-party payment arrangement. All listed order prices and checkout totals use Canadian dollars (CAD). Any additional method actually available is shown at checkout.

Review the amount before payment

Checkout displays the selected items, applicable discounts, taxes and the final amount payable. Standard Shipping within Canada is free with no minimum order value. International shipping is not currently offered. Review the total and address before confirming the payment. Any card issuer currency conversion or account fee is determined by the issuer rather than a store exchange-rate promise.

Authorization and transaction status

A card issuer may show a pending authorization and a later settled transaction. The timing depends on the checkout payment arrangement and issuer. For a question about a pending, failed or apparently duplicated payment, contact us with the order number and date, and a limited transaction reference if available. Do not send a full card number, security code or password.

If checkout fails, check the details entered and any message from the issuer. Avoid repeatedly submitting payment without checking whether an order or transaction was created. Contact the store so that order records can be reviewed; your issuer can explain a card decline or hold.

Refunds and secure support

Approved refunds follow the Refund Policy: after a returned item is received and reviewed, the refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Banks or payment institutions may require additional time to show it.
